Disciplinary Inquiry

It is your right as a member to contact STSU for advise if you are faced with a Company Inquiry Panel or Disciplinary Inquiry.

If you so desire, STSU will assign an appropriate representative, as an Observer, as part of the above processes to privately advise you.

While STSU is unbale to directly influence the outcomes, we will do our best to advocate for members to ensure an outcome that is consistent with agreed arrangements and established precedent.
